Amazon Subscribe & Save
Redesign of the Manage Your Subscriptions Page
One of my first projects on the Subscribe & Save team at Amazon was to work with my team to redesign the Manage Your Subscriptions page. The earlier page was confusing and much of the functionality was ambiguous and unnecessarily complex.
The goal was to create a one page experience that would allow the customer to view all their subscriptions, and easily manipulate them -- changing dates, changing addresses for shipments, and adding or removing payment methods.
Along with this redesign were also functionality changes. In the first version, each subscription item had it's own delivery date. The program changed to offer only one monthly date, so the UI had to reflect that and guide both new customers and current customers through the process and changes. In order to provide the best customer experience, my team went through extensive usability testing, and in my design role, I created functional prototypes for that testing.
